We want you to love your Jema Jewellery order. If something is not right, you can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need your order confirmation, receipt, or another proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without a return request may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you the return instructions by email.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at jemajewellery@hotmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we can only accept returns if the jewelry is unused and unworn.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or worn jewelry
  • Items not returned in their original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Items sent back without contacting us first

Mystery Bags & Mystery Scoops

Our Mystery Bags and Mystery Scoops are surprise products, meaning the exact jewelry pieces and extras may vary from order to order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days only if the items are unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment. The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return, and once accepted, place a new order separately.

European Union 14-day right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason.

As mentioned above, the item must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.
